Thank You Message from Kevin
We did it! I want to personally thank all of the wonderful volunteers and supporters across this community who have truly made this campaign one of the greatest and most humbling experiences of my life. You have knocked on doors, dropped literature, made phone calls, and done it all with optimism and enthusiasm. It is with your support and encouragement that we have succeeded in this election, and I cannot thank you enough.
But the work has just begun. As the legislature opens a new session in January, we are faced with daunting challenges—from a ballooning state deficit to critical transportation needs—but together, working hard for honest answers and serious solutions, we will bring about a better future for our community and our state.
Through this long and hard-fought campaign, my opponent has always acted with integrity and shown great honor. He has given so much to this community, and I thank him for it. I recognize that we have a long road ahead, but I promise that I will work with tireless energy and enthusiasm for you in Olympia, and hope to earn the respect even of those who did not vote for me.
I look forward to taking on the challenges we face and am humbled by the confidence you have shown in me.
